In relation to the conducted, under the supervision of Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office, investigation about the attempted murder by poisoning of Emiliyan Hristov Gebrev, Hristo Emiliyanov Gebrev and V.T., three Russian citizens were charged with attempted premeditated murder. They were accused as co-perpetrators for attempting to murder the victims, in the period from 28th April 2015 to 04th May 2015 in Sofia, in a way and means dangerous for the lives of many people; as the act was committed by intoxication with unidentified organophosphorus substance.

Following the above-mentioned, the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office issued European Arrest Warrant for each of the accused people, as well as a request for international searching either for an arrest or an extradition. Red Notices in the Schengen information system of INTERPOL are issued for all of them.
